Tom Ciarlone is a Vice President of Asset Management for Patriot Equities. He is responsible for management of the Patriot Portfolio. In this role, he oversees the operations, management and marketing of existing assets as well as final disposition strategies for the firm.

Prior to joining Patriot, Mr. Ciarlone worked at Preferred Real Estate Investments as Director of Construction and was responsible for 150 million of construction projects annually. Mr. Ciarlone transitioned into Marketing and Acquisitions in 2004 and helped develop and lease over 1 million square feet of office product.

Mr. Ciarlone has also served as Regional Manager for Aggreko, Inc. and was responsible for overall Profit & Loss and Market Development for the Northeast Region related to Temporary Power and HVAC Systems. He also was instrumental in the project management of several marquee events around the world, including: 1994 World Cup Soccer, 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and various U.S. Open and PGA Golf and Tennis Championships.

Prior to Aggreko, Mr. Ciarlone spent 5 years with the General Electric Company (Power Systems) where he was responsible for Business Development and M & A underwriting for the Rentals Division. During his tenure, he was instrumental in over 100 million in acquisitions and integration into Power Systems.

Mr. Ciarlone is a graduate of Villanova University. He resides in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and four children.
