Geoff Kase is the Director of Construction and Development for Patriot Equities. He is responsible for the development and construction from due diligence, development, design and construction of each asset.

Prior to joining Patriot Equities, Mr. Kase was the Senior Project Manager at Opus East – Phila, a large national developer, responsible for design-build development and construction management of Class A Office developments totaling over 1.3 million sq. ft in New Jersey.

Before joining Opus, Mr. Kase was Project Director at Irwin & Leighton, a regional General Contractor, working on various projects including over $170 million in costs on new construction and redevelopment projects for Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Prudential and Saniofi-Pasteur. He began his construction work with design-build developer-contractor, The Hankin Group, as Estimator and Project Manager.

Mr. Kase holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. Mr. Kase resides in Berwyn, Pa. with his wife Patty and two children.
