Mike McShane is a Director of Acquisitions for Patriot Equities. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, and acquiring real estate from corporations, financial institutions, and private investors.

Mr. McShane has broad-based knowledge and experience in tenant, landlord, buyer, and seller advisory. He has advised clients in the acquisition and disposition of nearly 700 transactions totaling over 6.5 million sq. ft.

Prior to joining Patriot Equities, Mr. McShane was a First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in suburban Philadelphia. While there, he played an integral role as an office properties specialist, advising corporations on the acquisitions and dispositions of leased and owned properties.

Before that, Mr. McShane was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. During his 14 year tenure at the company, he achieved the Circle of Excellence award several times, which acknowledges Grubb’s top brokers nationwide.

Mr. McShane earned a B.S. in Business Management from Villanova University and he currently resides in Radnor, Pa.
