Matt Adams is a Sales Associate with Patriot Equities. He is responsible for providing market research, leasing/sales assistance with current projects, and identifying new acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining Patriot, Mr. Adams was an Associate at First Liberty Partners, a suburban commercial RE brokerage and development firm. He participated in all aspects of the company's brokerage services, and was responsible for identifying new development opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Adams spent 2 years working as a financial consultant for the Department of Justice in Washington DC.

Mr. Adams graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree from James Madison University. He is an active member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, and is currently pursuing his LEED accreditation. He currently resides in the Borough of West Chester, where is a member of the planning commission.
